O trabalho apresenta como a política de inclusão de alunos com necessidades especiais era colocada em ação em escolas da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Ponta Grossa – PR no ano de 2010. A fundamentação teórica baseia‐se na abordagem do ciclo de políticas (Bowe et al., 1992; Ball, 1994) e da teoria da política em ação (Ball; Maguire; Braun, 2012), como referencial analítico para a pesquisa de políticas.
