Este artigo objetiva analisar a configuração da pedagogia da alternância, seus limites e potencialidades, na Escola Família Agrícola de Uirapuru-GO, verificando possíveis contribuições dessa proposta educativa para processos de transformação da realidade. A metodologia de pesquisa é de caráter participante e os instrumentos de coleta dos dados utilizados foram a observação participante, a análise documental e a entrevista semiestruturada com os pais, educadores, estudantes e funcionários/monitores.
